"I was sent a letter from you asking if I had recently enrolled, then it listed the last four digits of an old business account that has been closed for 5 years. I believe this was created fraudulently. I contacted you at the 888 number and couldn't report it as it was an hour wait, then this morning when I called someone finally answered and said they had to send me over to Corporate, She tried and once my call got shifted, the system hung up on me. I would like to talk to a person (not a menu) and have this fraud investigated. Please email me back and send a phone number where I can talk to someone about this immediately. My number is 760-758-3308, Dr Linda Savage, PhD."
